Manifest version code not changing #138

It's been stuck at 1.3/130 for a while, this makes it extremely difficult 
for end users to use programs which notify them of updates.

Maybe switching to 1.3-r??? / 130??? could be a solution?

I just put in a pre-commit hook to increment the versionCode every commit to 
support
 the 1.5 branch with fixes which should fulfill this request.
