save tunnel config with host info, then set up tunnel automatically on login

Feature request:

It would be great if when setting up a host entry, tunnel configuration
information could be saved along with it.  Then when using the host entry
to log in, the tunnel would automatically be set up on login. (maybe that
last behavior could be an option)

To be able to do this with a non-interactive session would be cool too.
(also see issue 48)

I'll second that, a way to save tunnels is needed. If I set up a "vpn" with 
several
tunnels it's a pita to set them up every time.

Kind of duplicate of issue 45 though, which has a better suggested solutions

Couldn't agree more, which is why I referenced that issue.  The part I added 
which
that issue didn't mention is having the saved tunnel configuration(s) set up
automatically on login.
