console sliding animation appears when closing last terminal

in the consoleactivity, when closing the last terminal, it slides in and
then disappears to reveal the "empty" message.

should add a simple check and not animate if the last terminalview.

Should we just go back to the HostListActivity? I'm not sure there's any 
utility in
leaving it in the ConsoleActivity with nothing else to do but go back.

I have also noticed that if I hit Home at "empty" message and then open connect 
bot I
am reconnected to the last host I had open. It also seems like disconnect in 
the menu
will not function after this.

I made it not display the animation if we're the last child open in r116, but 
maybe
tickets should be opened for the other issues.
