Update TIdCoderTNEF to support parsing more attributes #269

TIdCoderTNEF does not currently parse attAttachment and attMapProps attributes, 
which contain MAPI attributes that do not map to TNEF attributes, like LFN 
filenames, ContentType, etc.  See attached script, which is used with 
Thunderbird email reader to decode TNEF attachments.
