Escaping of MIME boundaries in Content-Type header of emails is wrong #71

The current implementation was recently changed to escape "=" characters 
as "\=" in the "boundary" parameter of the "Content-Type" header for MIME 
emails.  This appears to be wrong behavior.  Need to re-review RFCs 822, 
2045, and 2046 more carefully for proper escaping/quoting behavior.
