STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Buying IAP sometimes results in a failure with authorization and the order being canceled, but this doesn't happen consistently - judging from our Merchant account page, we see people being able to successfully complete, then fail, then complete transactions, so it seems like inconsistent behavior from the Google side. We have been able to reproduce this by trying to purchase IAP multiple times in a row. EXPECTED OUTPUT: IAP should work consistently. ACTUAL OUTPUT: IAP inconsistently works/fails.
