The application will provide the cheapest gas station to the user. The user will be able to filter the gas station list with a set of parameters.

Data to be provide by the user

A central point. A GPS position where they want to focus the search.
Area around the central point to consider. Gas stations outside that area are ignored.
The type of fuel to compare.
Gas station brands to select or to ignore.
Time to arrive to the gas station (to filter the closed ones. This would also allow the user to filter, i.e, stations that won't be opened tomorrow morning, etc.

The user will indicate a GPS position using Decimal degrees since it can be obtained from the Google Maps URL easily. It is also useful GPS Coordinates

For instance, the user could provide the central point with the parameter --dd 27.849793362066297,-15.442748660015923 to indicate this point.

Regarding the Gas station brand list, I downloaded and analyzed the JSON data from Precio de carburantes en las gasolineras españolas and it not contains the Brand name (Repsol, Shell, etc) of the Gas Station in a clear way.

It can be inferred from some gas station signpost (label "Rótulo") in some cases, but not all. These are the 10-top names.

And these are the 10-bottom names.
