store data in /config/data #164

Change the path from /cache/introskipper to /config/data/introskipper. Some People on discord have told me that they save the mount of /cache/ in tmpfs when using docker.

This would also solve the issue of clearing the cache also clearing the entire analysis history.

Would love that as well. Wasn't mounting the cache directory of my docker container before this became an issue!
