Add box_plots_long? #35

Delighted to discover this package. I'm planning to use it when I teach stats this spring.

I see that a number of the datasets are available in both wide and long format, but not box_plots - it is only in wide. Would you be open to adding the long format to this package? I'm happy to provide the reformatted data set if it would help.
