Prepare for release:

[x] rhub::check_for_cran()
[x] create NEWS file

Perform release:

[x] Bump version (in DESCRIPTION and NEWS)
[x] devtools::submit_cran()
[x] pkgdown::build_site()
[x] Approve email

Wait for CRAN...

[x] Tag release
[ ] Add METACRAN badge, pkgdown::build_site()
[ ] Write blog post
[ ] Tweet
[ ] Submit link to R Weekly

In that blog post, have screenshots of R Markdown files with unnamed/named chunks, before/after with sad/happy chibi @stephlocke (and use that visual for the tweet as well)
