features.geojson component of FeatureServiceController.php fails when Layer has WaterMark.

Unhandled Exception Layer 'Library://CITY/SDF/Layers/HeronColonies.LayerDefinition' has an invalid feature source at C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Web\www\rest\app\controller\featureservicecontroller.php:1485
