We've already kind of future-proofed the notes schema to support multiple notes, so might as well add such support to the notes UI. The changes to support this isn't that drastic.
Add a new list box to show titles of all recorded notes
Selecting an item on this list box, populates the current notes editor
Provide an option to add/delete notes on the list box
