stuttering #20

Do you have any suggestions for stuttering during playback? I till pause then restart randomly. I'm running plex on an i5 with 8gb of ram connected via gigabit. Playback is on my Apple TV 4th gen connected via gigabit ethernet.

What stream quality do you have the Plex app on the Apple TV set to?
