The opkg not found error means that when you were trying to reconfigure, there was an issue with your entware repository. You probably need to update and upgrade your entware repository. This can be done using AMTM. I first recommend rebooting your computer before attempting to update and upgrade entware.
I personally recommend doing the entware update through the amtm terminal menu.
but if you wish to manually do it in the SSH terminal then -
opkg update && opkg upgrade
is what you would type in the SSH terminal.
In short, the issue was not actually caused by the installer, but the installer detected issues with performing the operations that require use of your entware repository. I have seen other users presented with opkg issues. This usually meant the entware repository was out dated and just needed to be updated to the latest version. (IIRC they just released new repository updates.)
This will show you how to upgrade entware via amtm menu.

Quick question: What ssh client are you using? What is the OS in the screenshot?
