Installer Force changing port to 14711 #198

In updating not work skip reconfigure .. Always ovewrite port numbers .. work only reconfigure from backup ..

I am actually in the process of making improvements where the port selections can be done during install process, but that is not all I am doing so hang tight. The change I am adding will allow users to make a port selection on first install. It will then record this value to a .config file where on subsequent updates the value will be parsed, and if the "update" process has somehow changed or manipulated this value, then it will be changed back. However, users who have not configured this value during the install process should not be impacted, but just in case you will be able to manually manipulate the value in "/opt/etc/AdGuardHome/.config" once I release the next update.
