聊天窗口应支持最大化，重新调整大小 #132

FEATURE DESCRIPTION:
Fetion chat window should support resize, maximize, especially when you are
group chatting, or have multi chat at one time.

WHY YOU NEED THIS FEATURE:
Fixed-size window are limited to see enough messages. User might happy if
they can resize the window.

我记得聊天窗口支持 调整大小，但最大化是没有做，
这个是因为QT在WINDOWS上的最大化有个BUG.

我在试试最新的qt4.5.2是否还存在这个BUG，如果没有，我们可�
��解决了。

重新调整大小是支持的，
最大化由于QT的原因，在windows上有BUG,而且这个功能不是非常�
��用.
关闭之。

最好把主界面上面的最大化按钮屏蔽掉，并且不支持resize:)

啊, resize可是我们花了不少时间去实现的特性哦。
最大化按钮好像是去掉的，我看看
