请增加ubuntu apt源 #191

方便更新啊，
到现在也没放lucid的deb，我服了，虽然karmic也不是不可以
linux用源安装才是王道。。。。。

下一个编译包会加进lucid的deb。

可以自行添加软件源：

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/microjo/linux-fetion-trunk/ubuntu 
YOUR_UBUNTU_VERSION_HERE main 

YOUR_UBUNTU_VERSION_HERE可以是lucid、karmic、jaunty、intrepid或者hardy��
�根据ubuntu系统版本选择。

注：这个源是时常更新，直接编译svn源码的。
