Jun7 copy and move changes #172

Hi. Thank you your commits. Then I finally done faster move/copy using the GFile what provides progress call back. So now rox has progress bar for each files. Without your pull requests, I never notice the changes is not so heavy. Thank you.

Sorry the move does not work. I'm trying fix it. Yes it is heavy;P

What are the steps to reproduce the problem?

I have not made any changes that would make do_move2 faster, the only improvement was the ability to merge directories when moving them but that would only make things slower if the destination already exists.

Not yours but mine. I added change to the move and it has bugs. just that.
