I think this is a typo as it does not make sense to use '' instead of the block or italics or bold.

It is not a typo as we want to refer to the attributes and the classes as it is and not using block to refer to it. Words that are currently within are usually used to indicate command words or parameters for the product such as mark command and not 'Mark' class.
