What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install Pro B7
2. run GT PSP (this version of GT is licensed)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
can play the game. but hang at GT logo after the start video finished

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP Go version 6.39

The later PSN games require decryption or else they won't load smoothly 
or won't even startup at all.

Decrypt with Npdecrypter.
