Preview window for project grep not showing or centred around correct line

For coc plugin fzf-preview.ProjectGrep command does not show the correct line in the preview window. It works without coc plugin.

Without coc plugin: (searched for the word test)

With coc plugin:

It is off by around 10-15 lines
