Add HgFiles command for Mercurial repositories. #1517

This is the equivalent of GFiles command for Mercurial repositories.

Tried my best to make an equivalent of GFiles command for Mercurial repositories. I'm not at all experienced in vimscript, therefore I expect it has some defects. Nevertheless in my tests it seems to work okay.
