CTRL-N, CTRL-P instead of <tab>

overriding <tab> conflicts with the important CTRL-I builtin
CTRL-N and CTRL-P are more "idiomatic" (used by fugitive.vim's commit buffer, not to mention Vim's completion popup, etc.)
