Explain the problem here ...
I faced the problem when I download vim plug in the windows operation system . When i write the command in the powershell . This is the command : iwr -useb https://raw.githubusercontent.com/junegunn/vim-plug/master/plug.vim |`
ni "$(@($env:XDG_DATA_HOME, $env:LOCALAPPDATA)[$null -eq $env:XDG_DATA_HOME])/nvim-data/site/autoload/plug.vim" -Force
this not worked that give me a error the error is : Invoke-WebRequest: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP.
