我在对encoding/lib/cpu里的setup.py执行python setup.py install时，报错LINK : fatal error LNK1181: 无法打开输入文件“E:\test\lib\cpu\build\temp.win-amd64-3.6\Release\operator.obj”，请问这个要怎么解决？
