What change would like to see?

Installer for Arduino on Windows

Why?

Makes it easy to install, uninstall, or upgrade Arduino

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?

Thanks for doing this but, for now, we're happy with the download and unzip 
installation process.
