Code not saving on exit. #185

After making changes to code, pressing [X] to quit, and selecting "Yes" to
save changes, the changes to the pde file are not saved to disk. Upon
reopening the file, work is lost.

Manually selecting File-Save works, but Upload will not save the file.
Numerous times I have had to find the latest version of my code by copying
from the generated cpp file.

This problem occurs on Arduino 0017 on Windows 7 64bit. My sketch folder is
D:\Arduino\robot.
