Request for Debian Packages #207

What change would like to see?

Can we get a debian package ? I am using 0018 alpha, but seems it is not an 
official release (it has been tinkered to make it fit Ubuntu). In future 
can we please get debian packages, just as an appreciation to the growing 
Debian/ Ubuntu fraternity in the opensource community ?

Why?

Ubuntu and Debian are the most used Linux distributions ! 

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?

I am not sure of this ! Probably, it should not be an issue !
