Add Window menu that lists open sketch windows #234

What change would like to see?

I would like a "Window" menu added to the menu bar.

Why?

Now that we can have multiple sketches open at one time this would make it 
easier to swap 
between them instead of cycling through the windows one-by-one. 

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?

No.

But this is mostly an issue when you have many sketches open which may be 
considered a non-
typical user scenario. However the "Window" menu is relatively common in 
desktop applications.

If so, how can these be mitigated?
