Patch for linux dist process (ant build.xml file) #253

The ant buildfile uses tarfilesets. 
The default tarfileset does not preserve the user-permissions for binaries. 
You have to pack the ardino-shell-script and the avrdude-binary in a set of 
their own.
The linux-dist-target packages a JRE, we dont need that on linux.
A patch for these two problems is attached.
