"New" should start from a template sketch #272

What change would like to see?
When you press the "new" button the window should be pre-filled with an
user-modifiable template.

Why?
Since every arduino sketch requires a setup and loop function is pretty
annoying having to type that by hand. This will also allow people to
specify their own favorite starting point...

I've been asking this since 2005 and the 2nd of july is my birthday, can I
have it? :)

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?
