Add support for ATmega2560 #285

Native support for ATmega2560 ( same as ATmega1280, but 256K flash).

Made changes to my SVN copy,  were mostly additions of #defines.

Patch files attached.

I have the 2560 fully working, I will be releasing it soon. If you want a copy

I didn't apply this patch directly, but I think I made the same basic changes 
for 0020.  If there's anything missing, you should probably open a new issue.
