For Pronto Bike Map View #4

For each pronto bike location on the map,

1) Utilize the pronto location icon. 2) when clicking on a neighborhood map panel the number of pronto bike locations can be shared. 3) likely we do not need to present pronto data per location, however give some explanation that the points are pronto locations.

On the left panel view - a link explaining the pronto bike concept. As those not familiar with Pronto would be confused. Perhaps: "If you choose the Belltown neighborhood you would have access to X locations which is about & bicycles")

We definitely need to address that. When clicking the pronto icon that's already on the map we could have a small tool tip appear that gives some basic info on what Pronto is. Clicking could open a modal that pushes people to their website.

On the left, when you're looking at the bike mode, we may want to remove 'tips' and replace it with something that can educate users about biking in Seattle.
