Experiencing higher video latency #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Spydroid8.0.2 in Samsung galaxy 3
2. Run VLC client in windows
3. Video latency observed in vlc client is around 3 seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Probably a lower latency for video at most 1sec. I see 3 sec latency

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Spydroid8.0.2 in Samsung galaxy 3 (Jelly bean 4.1.2)

Please provide any additional information below.
RTSP server (spydroid) and client (VLS) are under same LAN.
I tried RTSP player android app as client as well (instead of VLC). However, 
experienced similar latency.

Do you have any measurement of video latency in usual case?

With Spydroid9.1, the latency seems to be 2 sec. instead of 3 sec. I've 
experienced earlier with 8.2 version earlier. Is there any way to reduce it 
further?
