What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running code generated with Droid  Android 2.2
2. Video file streams fine to vlc 1.1.11 but has white haze?
3. Video every few seconds jerks don't know why?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the video to look normal

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.2 generated on windows XP, VLC 1.1.11
