Wrong behavior when adding a docker and direct moving #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an edge
2. click on "add docker" in the toolbar
3. click on the edge, but keep the mouse button pressed and move the mouse
before releasing the mouse button.

What is the expected output?
the new docker is added and only the docker is moved.

What do you see instead?
the whole edge is move, but not the new docker.
