iName OpenIDs are not supported #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter an iname (=iName)
2. redirected to http://oryx-editor.org/backend/consumer
3.

What is the expected output?
redirect to iName iDp

What do you see instead?
a blank page at http://oryx-editor.org/backend/consumer

Please provide any additional information below.
Full OpenID 2.0 support is needed.

openID 2.0 support is already implemented, but it is not in the trunk. it will 
be
available in the next weeks when the pureJava branch is merged into the trunk. 
and
then, iName should hopefully work.

@dwoolfe1: you can try to login with your iName now. But note that you have to 
enter
it as an URL. We won't support iNames directly in the near future.
