Ability to disable code templates #124

When using autocomplete code templates added by this plugin are providing a lot of entries that I rarely use. Moreover, while using cakephp3 version of the plugin code templates are also shown.

Maybe a check to enable / disable plugin code templates could help with this.

If you don't use them, please remove them manually.
