Improve configurations for project properties #55

Currently, plugin doesn't work fine if app directory exists outside the CakePHP(whole) directory. e.g. /var/www/cakephp/app/ /var/www/app1/ (nbproject) /var/www/app2/ (nbproject)

So, I'll improve it.
