I have added a few changes to NetBeans 8.0.

We have to check enabled setting on project properties panel if we want to use features for FuelPHP.

If you expand a project tree, controller, model, e.t.c. directories will not be shown when you check enabled.

I'll try to fix it.

Workaround

Don't expand a fuelphp project tree.
Check enabled on project properties panel.
