The default template is duplicated #41

Overview description

If the default template is edited, it is duplicated when InsertTemplate panel is opened.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit and save the default template
  2. Open InsertTemplate panel

    Actual results

Two default values exist in a ComboBox.

Expected results

default is only one.
