Enable WordPress should be enabled, if you choose WordPress from project wizard #61

If you create a new PHP project and choose the WordPress framework, where you can download the zip and set the config, it should be possible, to enable the WordPress support to this project, automatically.

Atm you have to set it manually via project properties -> Framework -> WordPress -> Enable.
