Add option to store relative paths #258

Please add feature to store only file/directory filename without full path in 
7z-like manner, so that 'arc a ./archive.arc /home/user/stuff /mnt/dvd/testing' 
command creates an archive with 'stuff' and 'testing' folders inside it. This 
may be described as ExcludePath functionality between -ep1 and -ep2 levels.
