Temporary files #259

I am think that temporary files should be save to other directory than TEMP 
directory on drive C:\. And it's will be very useful if user can configure 
directory for TEMP files.

An error has occurred when I was trying to archive file more then 8 GB in disk 
I:\, and in it's time free space in disk C:\ was 2GB.

cmdline versio has -temp switch and gui version configures that in the Settings 
dialog
