What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a ARC arhived with important data
2. unpack it using commang line or gui

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Directory with files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.666, Win7 or XP, both 32bit

I cannot attach the file for public, please contact me at my email. There was 
about 150 ARC files (archives) on users's computer and about 30% are defected 
this way. I have no problem on any other computer.

Is it possible to recover the file, even if it is corrupted?

I am not sure, if the file is physicly corrupted or if it is bug in ARC.
