What should be implemented?
Support for the following file/archive names (FilePath.hs):
\\?\D:\<path>
\\?\UNC\<server>\<share>\<path>
\\.\I:\file
\\.\I: \\.\PhysicalDrive3 - entire drive in 7-zip
