Option "queue operations across multiple FreeArc copies" #274

What should be implemented?
Cmdline option --queue and checkbox in GUI

Why it will be useful?
Sometimes you need to perform many operation from various directories - this 
option allow to shedule them all quickly and then get results sequentially, w/o 
this option multiple FreeArc instances running simultaneously may slow down th 
computer
