Long pathnames, all All characters support (NTFS MS Windows) #292

v0.67 February 05, 2012 still can't compress files with long pathnames 
(Microsoft Windows Explorer has the same problem), especially with non Latin 
characters.
I am glad to see, that now GUI shows names of this files to me, but why they 
couldn't be compressed? 7-zip or Totall Commander has no problems with this 
files...

main Win32 apis doesn't support long filenames, it needs special handling that 
isn't yet implemented.look at the already existing issue 97
