Stops working after 1/3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i open cmd and cd the location of file and srep
2. Did start the srep extraction
3. Stuck at 35% and said "multi gigabyte stop working"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I started decompressing the file like this (srep.exe -d documents.srep)
then it got stuck at 35% and windows told me that multi gigabyte stoped 
working. Do you know a way past this? on my other pc it worked but here it got 
stuck....

there is no such messages in the srep program. if the message was printed in 
the console, please provide me transcript of entire program run. if it was the 
windows dialog box, please provide .srep file or original file and compression 
parameters you have used. thank you

The message "multi gigabyte stoped working" came up in a windows box and it was 
telling me that it was looking for a solution but i never do that. And after 
that message the file stops decompressing on 35%. And this always happen when i 
come to that point. But on my other processor it goes fine. Can it be that the 
program doesnt support the hardware on that pc?
