sfx cannot extract .msi file. #330

Iam using 64 bit windows.
I got success when compressing sql2008 R2 SP2 installer to sfx with normal 
profile.
But when extract, it hangup with masterdataservice.msi file.
I try to compress it on different 64 bit machines. Still happen.
Iam using other compressor like 7zip, stuffit, etc without any problem.
